DeckDaq is a social game environment where users can collect virtual cards of their favorite sports clubs, celebrities, famous musicians, comic characters, and more. 

This approach allows brands to engage with their audience in a fun and branded user experience.

Background

In a real world purchasing a deck of cards in a store is a simple yet subtly exciting experience. As you pick up the neatly sealed pack, there’s a faint sense of anticipation. It’s a small, everyday purchase, but it carries with it the potential for enjoyable moments and the tactile pleasure of shuffling and dealing fresh, crisp cards.

Goal

Creating a user experience thats mimic the sensation of going to the store, buying cards from a vending machine, opening/tearing the pack of cards, and putting them in an album. The user can also exchange/swap cards, play games, and win prizes.

The visual style of the game environment combined with materials, textures, and 3D features that give a realistic feeling that enhances the collecting experience as if taken from the real world. Skeuomorphism style.
